CWA members, their family members and retirees are eligible to contribute to CWA-COPE. Where available, payroll deduction is a convenient, easy way to contribute. Individuals can download the Payroll Deduction Card [Acrobat 268K] and follow the instructions. Give your card to your CWA steward or local union officer to process. Local unions can download the card and make copies to sign-up members, or order payroll deduction cards from the CWA Materials center.

If payroll deduction is not available through your employer, you may also contribute to CWA-COPE by Direct Debit.  Members, their family and retirees may download the Direct Debit Form [Acrobat 15.4KB] and follow the instructions to begin their enrollment.

You can also download the CWA-COPE Personal Check Form [Acrobat 4K].  Complete the form with your check and mail to: CWA-COPE, 501 Third St. N.W., Washington, D.C., 20001.
